Old World Charm

I know Zach told you about our hotel and everything yesterday, but I just have to say I LOVE THIS PLACE. It's so laid back here. We've been really lazy. Even Zach hasn't been running us non-stop on tour after tour-and you know how he is!

Anyway, after a superbly relaxing day yesterday, we went to explore some ancient ruins today. They were amazing. It's incredible to think how long ago it was that they were built and they're still standing. We were so awed by all of it that Zach made an offering at the fountain. Unfortunately, that wasn't the only thing he ended up giving. His wallet was stolen by a pickpocket! Luckily, he wasn't carrying much cash, so it isn't the end of the world and we're determined not to let it ruin our last day of vacation.

I'm off to do some last-minute souvenir shopping now. We'll see everyone back home soon!
